For us to close your account and cancel your billing we require you to email us your user name, password and domain name. You must also include the following statement within the email :



"I give you permission to delete my website and all of it's content."



It would be of great benefit to us and our customers if you could also include a brief reason why you have made this decision. With this feedback we can try and improve our services or products in the future.

Once we receive your email we will close your account and send you confirmation.
